Read the label
Check the sewn-in instructions before the first wash. Product-specific temperatures, drying and ironing guidance take priority.
Care & longevity
Practical care for clothing, bags and drinkware—so each product can keep doing the job it was designed to do.
Care is part of quality
Cleaning too aggressively can shorten a product's useful life just as surely as neglect. Our approach is to use the gentlest suitable method, follow the product label and deal with small issues before they become larger ones.
Clean only as much as the product needs.
Avoid unnecessary heat, harsh chemicals and abrasion.
Dry fully before storing.
Ask before discarding something that may be recoverable.
100% cotton main fabric
Our current clothing uses 100% cotton as the main fabric. Prints, badges, threads and trims can respond differently to heat and abrasion, so the complete garment instructions matter.
Check the sewn-in instructions before the first wash. Product-specific temperatures, drying and ironing guidance take priority.
Close zips where present, empty pockets and turn printed or embroidered garments inside out where the care label permits.
Choose the temperature and cycle shown on the label. Avoid washing only to freshen a garment when airing is sufficient.
Reshape after washing and follow the approved drying method. Excessive heat can affect cotton, prints, elastics and trims.
Stride & bags
Most everyday marks can be approached locally. Start dry, move to a lightly damp cloth only when needed and avoid saturating structured panels, padding, coatings or hardware.
02
Remove contents, shake out loose debris and check pockets, seams, zips and hardware before cleaning.
Use a soft cloth, cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap. Test an inconspicuous area before treating a visible mark.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach or fully immerse a bag unless its product-specific instructions explicitly permit it.
Open compartments and allow the bag to dry completely away from radiators, hairdryers, direct flames and prolonged harsh sunlight.
Keep zip tracks free from grit, avoid forcing an obstructed zip and do not overload a buckle, strap or pocket beyond its intended use.
Store clean, dry and lightly supported rather than crushed beneath heavy items for long periods.
Do not describe a bag as waterproof unless that claim is supported. If a bag becomes wet, empty it, wipe away surface water and allow it to air dry fully before storage.
Stainless-steel bodies
Stainless-steel bodies are only one part of the product. Lids, seals, threads and openings need regular cleaning and complete drying too.
Clean the body, lid and removable components according to the product instructions before drinking from the item.
Remove detachable seals or inserts only where the design allows, then clean the areas where residue can collect.
Warm water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft bottle brush are suitable for many products. Avoid abrasive tools that can damage coatings.
Leave the body and lid open and separate until every part is dry, especially before longer storage.
Before you replace it
A stuck zip, loose fitting, damaged seal or care question may have a straightforward next step. Send clear information before attempting an aggressive repair or discarding the product.

Contacting us does not guarantee that a repair, replacement part or remedy will be available, but it allows us to give the most appropriate advice.
Care questions
Do not machine-wash a bag unless the individual product instructions explicitly permit it. Spot cleaning is the safer starting point for structured bags.
Use a dishwasher only when the individual product instructions say it is suitable. Heat and detergents can affect coatings, seals and lid components.
Cotton can respond to heat, agitation and drying. Follow the sewn-in label, reshape after washing and avoid higher temperatures than the garment permits.
Stop pulling, remove visible obstruction and check the track alignment. Contact us with photographs if the zip remains stuck rather than forcing it and causing further damage.
Use it well
Keep the product instructions, clean with care and contact us when you are unsure.
